Returns Policy

 

 

Here at atheniahair.com we are committed to ensuring you get the best possible service and products when you purchase from us. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of the products purchased from us, simply contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

 

All returned goods must be unused in there original re-saleable condition with all the original packaging intact. When returning Hair Extensions the hair must not have been used or handled (e.g. packets opened, brushed, worn, labels removed etc) . Hair Extensions returned for refund or exchange must not have been removed from the cardboard insert under any circumstances for hygiene purposes. Unwanted Hair Extensions removed off the cardboard insert will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

 

Upon signed for delivery from the Royal Mail or Courier in the unlikely event that the goods appear to be noticeably damaged do not sign for the goods, please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours of the refused delivery.

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Postal charges will not be refunded for unwanted goods or goods that are not faulty/defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any goods returned to us in an unsaleable condition or goods returned to us after the 14 days unless they are faulty/defective. Please note that the full cost of returning goods should be paid by the recipient/buyer unless the items are faulty/defective, if returning faulty/defective goods for an exchange the delivery cost to you will be paid in full be us.

 

Please note that we are not liable for any returned goods when they are with the courier/mail service and they are solely the buyer’s responsibility until we are in receipt of them. For your own protection, we highly recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and offers a tracked/signed for service.

 

When returning goods please ensure that you include a copy of the original invoice or receipt that has the order number on, your name/address information and please include a brief note stating your reason for return. Failure to do so may delay your refund/exchange process.
